This position will act as a clinic lead and will need to maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the Mission of the organization. They will be responsible for monitoring pools, providing triage, and addressing and returning patient calls in a timely manner to provide care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care for patients and / or families. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office / clinic policies, procedures, and standards. Communicates with medical providers and team members about a patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
