Surgery Scheduler opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Scheduler position in our Surgical Services Department. The Surgery Department Scheduler is responsible for scheduling surgical procedures, gastro-intestinal procedures and pain management procedures for the surgery department using a computerized scheduling system and utilizing specific information and requests from surgeons and / or their office personnel. This position is also responsible for scheduling and coordinating pre-operative appointments with the Perioperative Education RN.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Job Knowledge / Skills / Abilities : Must have computer knowledge and skill involving word processing and spreadsheet software along with the ability to use a computerized scheduling system. Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to multi task.
Experience : Minimal Surgical Technologist background preferred.
Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours / week
