What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Help W/ King Cakes position at Bittersweet Confections?
Bittersweet Confections in New Orleans, LA is looking for one seasonal help w/ king cakes to join our 14 person strong team. Our production facility is located in Mid City. Our ideal candidate has a background in pastries but we are willing to train.
The hours are Tues-Sat 6am - til (usually ends around 1pm). First day will be Jan 6, 2025.
Responsibilities
*measuring, mixing, weighing dough ; filling the bread ; baking and proofing the cakes ; decorating the cakes *making boxes *maintaining a clean work space *working with a teamPlease send resume. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays. Compensation depends on your experience.
