Bittersweet is inviting compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals for first shift roles, available in both part-time and full-time capacities. In this impactful position, you will play a crucial role in enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities while gaining valuable professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and person-centered support, requiring adaptability, creativity, and dedication.
• Collaborate closely with participants to promote effective communication, choice, and independence.
• Facilitate socialization and empowerment for participants through various engaging activities, including horticulture, culinary pursuits, janitorial work, and artistic endeavors.
• Support individuals in enjoying outdoor experiences on our working farm, participate in community outings, and explore the beautiful Oak Openings.

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wage from $12 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and additional earnings for weekend shifts.
• DSP Retention Bonus paid out three times a year.
• Earn an additional \(2 per hour for weekend shifts and \)0.50 for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• Flexible scheduling options for both part-time and full-time roles.
