Pipe Utility Backhoe Operator

Bituminous Roadways, Inc. (BR) is a growing, award-winning, and established union highway/heavy contractor looking for an experienced Pipe Utility Backhoe Operator to join our team. 

Our main office is located in Mendota Heights, MN. BR also has plant locations in Inver Grove Heights, Shakopee, and Columbus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operates backhoe to assist with utility division
• Make normal operating adjustments for obtaining proper depth, grade and finished cross section.
• May perform other related duties to include adding or removing extensions, and buckets.
• Display a professional and respectful attitude towards co-workers, supervisors, inspectors, and the general public at all times.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Education/ Experience:

• 2 year minimum of previous Backhoe Operator experience REQUIRED.
  
• High school education or GED equivalent.
