As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we deliver the highest standards of software quality. You will be responsible for effective work execution, meeting deadlines, and personnel management. Your expertise in leadership will be essential in creating a culture that drives our technology forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, providing mentorship and guidance to foster a culture of excellence, clarity, and continuous improvement
- Design and oversee the execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Develop and implement robust testing strategies and plans to ensure that software quality matches requirements
- Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accurate results
- Capture and analyze results, outcomes, and metrics to identify trends and drive improvements in QA processes
- Provide regular reports and insights on software quality and testing progress to stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, software development, and operations, to deliver high-quality software solutions
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in QA tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and wear multiple hats
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
