We are seeking an experienced Client Partner / Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Services vertical practice.
This role requires a Senior Account Manager who has successfully managed large enterprise accounts for the mid-west region, with a proven track record of meeting quota and retention targets.
Responsibilities
- Represent the team externally with clients and internally with direct reports and supporting positions.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, markets, products, and competitive landscapes.
- Manage client input and feedback for all projects, providing detailed direction and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders at all levels.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships for current, new, and upcoming projects.
The successful candidate will be able to identify opportunities, manage and coach the internal team, and proactively remain connected to clients and the market.
