Job Description
Summary (Position Description): The Marketing Coordinator at BITZER US, Inc. supports the creation, coordination, and implementation of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is responsible for developing marketing and technical content, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting sales with key customer-facing materials. The Marketing Coordinator also plays a critical role in planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and internal events. Additionally, the role provides administrative support and collaborates with various departments to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

Duties & Tasks.
- Develop, format, and edit marketing materials including brochures, presentations, emails, and social media content
- Coordinate marketing campaigns including messaging, asset development, and communication schedules
- Plan and execute tradeshows and events, including logistics, booth coordination, and post-event follow-up
- Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and another customer-facing document
- Maintain and update digital marketing collateral library
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical info into clear content
- Manage branded item inventory, product samples, and marketing collateral
- Organize digital filing systems and coordinate internal meetings or visits
- Provide administrative support to the marketing, sales, and executive teams

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- Content Creation: Ability to craft engaging, brand-aligned content for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Event Coordination: Skilled in managing logistics for events, including vendor coordination, setup, and evaluation.
- Technical Communication: Adept at translating complex technical information into user-friendly language.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as engineering, production, and sales.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements:
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Preferred Education or Certification: None specified.
- Experience Requirement: 2–3 years of tradeshow or event planning experience.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Knowledge Requirement: Familiarity with branding guidelines, digital marketing, and sales support materials.
Work Environment:
- Office setting with occasional travel to tradeshow/event sites (including warehouses and conference centers).
- PPE may be required when visiting manufacturing or warehouse areas.
- Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with periods of high-volume activity around events.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Standing, walking, bending, and reaching during tradeshow setup/teardown.
- Occasional long hours during events or project deadlines.
