What Will You Do?
Bixal has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Writer and Copy Editor and help accelerate digital transformation for federal and international clients. You will be part of a cross-functional team applying human-centered innovation and effective communication strategies to ensure that content across all client platforms meet content standards. You will also play a key role in the continuous evolution of the client's content standards and content design patterns. Collaborating directly with our federal partner, you’ll harness relevant expertise and innovative strategies to drive large-scale enterprise transformation and create customer-centric experiences.

This is a full-time position contingent on contract award by our client, with a defined performance period of up to two years and three months. This role offers you a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a project that aligns with Bixal’s mission of delivering innovative, human-centered solutions. Responsibilities
- Maintain a focus on the user experience with all work produced
- Manage highly collaborative work in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with federal partner to manage and prioritize the creation of content standards and to continuously evolve and improve the content style guide and content design patterns
- Lead the continuous evolution and improvement of the content community of practice and relevant trainings
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure centralized content
- Copy edit high-priority work to ensure high quality and standards
- Coach other copy editing members of the content team as necessary to maintain a high quality of work
- Develop metric-driven reports on overall content standards work and progress
