As a Business and Financial Operations Specialist (JR), you will work on the client site at Scott AFB / southern IL. You will be instrumental in assisting our senior team members in executing functions crucial for improving business processes, addressing financial management system deficiencies, and strengthening internal controls.
What will you do
You will play a key role in supporting audit responses, financial reporting, and operational efficiency improvements. Through your contributions, we aim to achieve enhanced performance in audit responses and better management of obligations and resources.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and reliable financial statements and supporting documentation.
- Support audit engagement activities, including coordination with stakeholders and development of corrective action plans.
- Participate in the improvement of internal control processes and policies.
- Contribute to information technology support efforts, including data management and analysis.
- Aid in the documentation and reporting of financial and operational activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant standards.
