Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be a skilled multitasker, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with office supply management, including ordering and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support team members with special projects, research, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Manage calendars and ensure meeting deadlines are met.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
