Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various events.
- Support event logistics, including vendor management, venue setup, and breakdown tasks.
- Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for event themes, concepts, and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and timelines.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure event requirements are met.
Qualifications:
