Key Responsibilities

Event Planning Support:
- Assist in the development of event plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.

On-Site Support:
- Provide on-site assistance during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure that the event runs smoothly and address any issues that arise promptly.

Communication:
- Maintain clear communication with team members, vendors, and attendees.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about events.

Administrative Duties:
- Manage event-related documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and permits.
- Update databases, schedules, and reports as necessary.
