Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness for all events.
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with client objectives.
- Liaise with clients to ascertain their specific event requirements.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
- Oversee event logistics including catering, audio-visual needs, and transportation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role.
