Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is vital for creating a welcoming environment for our clients, partners, and visitors. As the Office Receptionist, you will manage the front desk operations, ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors receives a warm greeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.
  • Manage scheduling for meetings and appointments, ensuring proper coordination.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • A friendly demeanor with a professional approach to client interactions.
