Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are stored, picked, and shipped efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be expected to perform a variety of physical tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for outbound shipments.
- Sort and organize products according to company specifications.
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and containers.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlines.
