Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and other items as needed to ensure cleanliness in residential or commercial settings.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Assist in custodial duties for commercial properties or hotels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in all cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
