Professional Cleaner (1099 Contractor)

Job Summary

Candidates must have active insurance along with their own cleaning supplies, equipment, reliable transportation, and at least 2 years of the professional cleaning experience. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner contactors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential homes, commercial spaces, and hospitality settings. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. This is a 1099 contractor position, you choose your own hours, pay, and jobs!

Pay

We offer a pay structure that rewards your hard work and performance. Cleaners earn a percentage of the total job amount, with a guaranteed minimum of $150 per job, regardless of size.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and other items as needed to ensure cleanliness in residential or commercial settings.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Assist in custodial duties for commercial properties or hotels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.

Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in all cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
