Position Overview
BizFirst is supporting our client in search of a full-time Program Manager to lead Financial Operations Remediation support efforts for the Client’s Navy contract team. This role requires expertise in financial operations remediation, audit knowledge, and contract management to ensure quality delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
Our client is a specialized management consulting firm that engages experienced professionals and consultants to support the federal government with strategic project execution, financial process optimization, advanced IT solutions, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation. Through innovative transformations, they develop and implement strategies to optimize operations for military departments and agencies across the U.S. Federal Government.
What You will Do :
As the Program Manager, you will lead Financial Operations Remediation efforts for the Client’s Navy contract team, serving as the primary liaison between the Government and the contract team. You will oversee contract execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget while managing risk, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires expertise in audit compliance, financial process improvement, and resource allocation to drive operational efficiency and support mission success within the Department of Defense.

- Serve as the Government’s primary point of contact for contract execution.
- Manage contract operations, ensuring compliance with all requirements and regulations.
- Assign resources effectively to meet task objectives.
