Job Summary
BizFlow Corporation is seeking an exceptional customer focused and results driven Account Executive (AE) to join a growing team and expand sales in North America. As an AE, you will have the opportunity to work on a fast-paced team, engage with various prospects, partners and customers, and expand career opportunities as you grow BizFlow’s Commercial business.
Day to Day
Our Account Executives engage with prospects, partners, and existing customers to sell BizFlow’s Low-Code, No-Code application platform, BizFlow M. They develop trusted relationships and serve as a trusted advisor in delivering organizational improvements using our LCAP to improve organizational efficiencies across the enterprise.
You will use your experience and skills to develop growth and expansion opportunities across North America through the following day-to-day activities:
Prospect and identify potential customers.
Leverage tools to execute lead generation campaigns.
Attend in-person networking & industry events.
Self-starter, proficient in both hunting and cultivating sales disciplines.
Value-selling or similar framework is a plus.
Experience with “land and expand” sales approach.
Experience with federal and commercial RFP processes.
Foster, train and support BizFlow partners.
Share BizFlow’s value proposition to differentiate our solution from competitors.
Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies, programs, and budgets.
Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship to allow recommendations for best practices and new solution offerings.
Ensure value realization for BizFlow solutions.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business or marketing area of study.
At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
Demonstrable experience in successfully applying a consultative selling approach through development of solutions to meet client needs, with an emphasis on enterprise level software and solutions is desired.
Experience with workflow-based software solutions.
Experience selling enterprise solutions in both Commercial and Federal accounts.
Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, and C-suite level interactions.
