OBJECTIVES
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy for all employees.
- Oversee comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new hires across all departments, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals.
- Manage and continuously improve the “Tell Me, Show Me, Coach Me” onboarding plans to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs to build a pipeline of effective leaders across the organization.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver new product training and ensure timely rollouts.
- Establish ongoing digital marketing and soft skills training programs to keep employees at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
- Analyze training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and implement improvements as needed.
- Build strong relationships with departmental leaders to identify and address team-specific training needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations in all training programs.
- Leads or participates in cross functional projects and initiatives
