We are seeking a results-driven Director of Learning & Development to shape the future of our workforce. This pivotal role will design, implement, and oversee impactful training programs across our range of digital marketing teams. The ideal candidate will champion our onboarding initiatives, leadership development, and continuous learning strategies, ensuring our employees thrive in a competitive digital landscape.

OBJECTIVES

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy for all employees.
  • Oversee comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new hires across all departments, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals.
  • Manage and continuously improve the “Tell Me, Show Me, Coach Me” onboarding plans to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs to build a pipeline of effective leaders across the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver new product training and ensure timely rollouts.
  • Establish ongoing digital marketing and soft skills training programs to keep employees at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
  • Analyze training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with departmental leaders to identify and address team-specific training needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations in all training programs.
  • Leads or participates in cross functional projects and initiatives

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Experience in digital marketing or technology-focused industries is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful training and development programs in a medium to large organization.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Prolonged periods attending or presenting on video calls with camera on
