They are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join their team of top-rated attorneys.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- A caseload, attend court, negotiate settlements, oversee trial preparation, conduct trials, and attend meditations and arbitrations
- clients of claim liability and legal rights interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
- depositions and respond to discovery demands
- to conduct discovery and draft motions
- evidence to initiate and support legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of the case
- findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases
- evidence to initiate and support legal actions, evaluate findings, develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases, and update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS :
Salary is between 110,000 - 130,000K with the ability to earn more based on the cases you originate that get settled. Plus solid benefits.
