We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Repair Technician to join this growing team. In this role, you will be key in troubleshooting and repairing tech hardware to ensure minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize a repair facility to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee inventory and logistics, ensuring availability of necessary parts and tools.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware, including PCBs, hashboards, and control boards.
- Represent the company at events, training sessions, and functions as needed.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet fleet maintenance demands.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet goals and repair targets.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in lead and non-lead soldering, particularly with motherboards, hashboards, and control boards.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing hardware.
