Key Responsibilities
- Monitor contractor payroll against the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination
- Validate time‑and‑attendance logs for instructors and support staff.
- Reconcile billing hours to deliverables in the Price Sheet
- Prepare monthly wage compliance and audit‑ready reports.
- Flag discrepancies and coordinate with Payroll and HR teams to resolve.
- Maintain secure, confidential records of all personnel data.
- Support internal and external audit requests with complete documentation packages.
- Analyze training participation data to identify trends and recommendations.
- Assist in developing dashboards for program performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5 years’ experience in payroll, compliance, or audit roles.
- Proven expertise applying SCA/Wage Determination to service contracts.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros.
- Experience with ERP or payroll systems (e.g., SAP, ADP).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to numerical detail.
- Understanding of federal contracting regulations (FAR, SCA).
- Excellent written and oral communication for report writing.
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines and manage confidential data.
- Familiarity with database querying (SQL) a plus.
- Prior experience supporting external audits.
- Ability to create clear data visualizations and dashboards.
- Knowledge of basic statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (HR, finance, operations).
