What are the responsibilities and job description for the E/M Rework Technician position at Biztech Inc?
Position Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire electronic boards (thru-hole and surface-mount) following documentation.
- Analyze assembly errors and develop cost-effective rework solutions.
- Repair and refurbish printed circuit boards (PCBs) and defective assemblies.
- Modify PCBs per engineering changes.
- Assemble prototype boards for Engineering.
- Operate tools like riveting machines and hand/power tools.
- Train other assemblers in soldering, assembly, rework, and repair.
- Use work orders and barcode systems for labor and production tracking.
- Work overtime when needed.
- Maintain quality standards in an ISO environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 5 years of electronic assembly experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and identify components/codes.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Excellent soldering skills (thru-hole and surface-mount).
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Salary : $20 - $23
