Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles (e.g., CPI, Kaizen) to streamline production.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Design and document robust manufacturing procedures (e.g., process flowcharts, work instructions).
- Optimize workspace layout and equipment utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Generate PFMEAs and other relevant documentation.
- BS in Process, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools and PFMEA.
- Knowledge of soldering, brazing, and welding processes (induction heating experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to read engineering drawings.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
