Position: Production Administrator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (Overtime with approval)
Overview:
Supporting the Plant Manager, this role ensures accurate project data tracking and inventory management for production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update operational data in the ERP system.
- Track daily inventory production and process purchase orders.
- Review and approve employee time records.
- Organize safety records and assist with month-end inventory.
- Facilitate communication between plant employees and management.
- Support facility improvements and lean initiatives.
- Perform general office duties, including filing and data entry.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong Excel and data entry skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and office productivity software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly sit, talk, hear, and use hands; occasionally stand, walk, and stoop.
- Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally for filing or shipping.
- Work in manufacturing areas wearing steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
