Job Description
We are seeking two Project Managers. At least one needs to have strong
construction background related to the description below.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
(Essential Job Functions)
· Ensure
that business, technical, environmental, operational, financial and scheduling
objectives are met for assigned projects.
· Manage
project workflow by identifying and executing interfaces between facility
planning, regulatory, right-of-way, environmental, engineering, design,
construction, operations, marketing functions.
· Responsible
for project meetings, planned budget and schedule.
· Manage
resources, considering team member expertise and workload in optimization,
right-of-way, environmental, regulatory, tech services and construction and
keeping within budget considerations.
· Assist
in identifying and implementing best practices.
· Ensure
communication links are maintained with project team, project sponsors, project
control, facility owners and operators.
· Serve
as a functional member of the project management team.
· Facilitate
the project budget development process. Conduct and facilitate the project
review process for the team.
Requirements
Requirements
· BS
in Engineering, Construction Management or the equivalent combination of
education and experience.
· Three
years related professional experience.
· Experience
in project scheduling, cost controls, tracking and reporting methodologies.
· Knowledge
of financial principles to quantify costs and benefits of projects, to track,
maintain project budgets.
