Overview
We are seeking Event Staff to assist in the execution of corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities. This role focuses on event logistics, customer engagement, and on-site coordination. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist with event setup, registration, and breakdown.
- Provide support to event coordinators and ensure smooth operations.
- Greet and assist attendees, providing information and guidance as needed.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at all company events.
- Ensure promotional materials, signage, and event resources are properly displayed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all event details align with company objectives.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Prior experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift event materials if needed.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
