Salary range : $38,000 - $45,000 annually
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate and timely information about BizzLinkText’s products and services.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues effectively.
Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and billing inquiries.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including call resolution time and customer satisfaction.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
