In this role, you will support the planning and execution of events that showcase BizzLinkText’s services, foster client engagement, and enhance our brand presence. Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of company events, including client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
Support the development of event materials, such as agendas, invitations, and promotional items.
Manage event calendars and track deadlines to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Provide on-site support during events, including registration, setup, and troubleshooting.
Gather and organize post-event feedback to improve future events.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
