Join Bizzdesign as Cloud Engineer

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be key in our ability to deliver an outstanding experience to our SaaS customers, who are among the largest organizations worldwide in every industry.

You will be an active member of the global Cloud Services team. As such, you will daily interact and collaborate with colleagues and management based in the US/LATAM, EMEA and APAC.

You'll be working from our Casablanca office in the very heart of La Marina business district while collaborating closely with our Paris-based management.

Your journey will begin with planned training in France to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

As you grow within the organization, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely, giving you greater flexibility while staying connected to an international team.

What will you do?

In accordance with ITIL best practices, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage the Azure environment and technical platform of our customers.
• Install, Configure, and Manage Windows Servers/Clusters.
• Plan and apply the customers’ change requests for their deployments.
• Supervise/Monitor our Cloud platform and promptly solve any operational incident.
• Escalate, if necessary, incidents to experts.
• Timely communication with customers concerning status of open support issues.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving. If you have at least 2 years of IT management and technical support experience, along with fluency in English, this could be the perfect role for you!

You’ll work with Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server Administration, and gain hands-on experience with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth), IDP implementation, and cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Familiarity with PowerShell and VB Script would be a plus!

Beyond technical expertise, we value discipline, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

• You should be disciplined in following SaaS platform handling procedures while demonstrating technical leadership and clear communication.
• Your ability to explain complex concepts to clients with clarity and patience will be key to their success.
• Strong analytical skills are essential, allowing you to understand intricate systems and how different components interact.
