This role requires full-time deployment to Kuwait City, Kuwait.
This role is a part of a contract designed to provide the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) and its subordinate units and tasks forces with intelligence, security operations and all-source and identity intelligence, biometric-related analysis and production supporting tasks in the CENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR). Additional support may be provided to Combined Task Force Operation INHERENT RESOLVE (CJTF-OIR), Operation Spartan Shield, (OSS), the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) and Air Force Central (AFCENT) Combined Air Operations Command. The primary customer of this task order, as assigned by USCENTCOM, is CJTF-OIR Intelligence Directorate (CJ2). However, the intent of this task order is to support any USCENTCOM activity.
Responsibilities
- Perform all-source intelligence analysis related to military actions, insurgent activities, economic and political activities, and threats to regional stability
- Research, develop, present, and publish all-source intelligence products at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels
- Assist with analysis and production of any CJ2 supported intelligence products including but not limited to, Threat Awareness, FP, and I&W, C-IED, COIN, and targeting while supplying analytical support for senior military leader decision making
- Research all-source intelligence databases, systems reports and products at tactical and operational levels
- Analyze results of research in order to identify insurgent networks/individuals and FIE and prepare analytical summary reports.
- Incorporate CI/HUMINT and SIGINT analysis into weekly intelligence assessments
- Prepare intelligence product to include counterterrorism, SIGINT, CI, Iraq and Southwest Asia regional issues, HUMINT, political/military, and targeting
- Analyze cultural, religious, political, geopolitical, military/social/behavioral science, perspectives on governance and development
- Attend informational, collaboration and intelligence meetings as required
- Perform all-source exploitation of documents and media from operations and detainees
- Coordinate with outside organizations such as DIA Office of Exploitation and CONUS-based DIA NMEC for exploitation/analysis when required
- Conduct comprehensive research on tasked topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort
- Enter written reports and/or Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) into appropriate Government databases and submit to OMT for processing
- Prepare Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables are required NLT 48 hours after initial tasking
Qualifications
- 4 years of analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent specialty codes such as USMC – 0204, 0210, 0211 - Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, US Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF - 1N051 All Source Intelligence Analyst, 1N771 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst
- Associate's degree OR three additional years of relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
