Salary Range :
40,000 –$50,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Provide accurate information about Bizzetta’s services and offerings.
Record and update customer information in the company database.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Assist customers in scheduling appointments, placing orders, or accessing resources.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and improve processes.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and customer satisfaction scores.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
