The Role: Construction Site Superintendent
Oversee daily site operations effectively.
Scheduling and coordination of material deliveries, subcontractor activity, and in-house labor needs.
Inspect and ensure that all work adheres to contract documents.
Act as quality control inspector at the site.
Enforce safety requirements for all suppliers, subcontractors, and employees.
Review, field verify, and approve shop drawings when necessary.
Maintain a project schedule and produce 3-week look-aheads.
Prior experience in construction is essential.
