Established Catering Company and Event Center located in Gaylord MI seeking a Lead Catering and Banquet Chef. We specialize in catering weddings, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, private and company events, family reunions and more throughout Northern Michigan as well as in our Event Center. Our Catering company is a preferred vendor for many venues throughout Northern Michigan and Gaylord. Work is performed out of our event center as well as in 5 mobile kitchens that the candidate may work out of on site at the venue. Lead Catering and Banquet Chef duties will entail executing and leading catering proposal contracts, leading a team of catering staff, ensuring food quality and great food presentation. Looking for a Chef that has a great and inspiring team attitude, has a passion for creating special meals for special events and isn't afraid to lead a team of catering staff. Must be able to work Saturdays from May through October.
Hourly pay and bonus opportunities
