This Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse role is responsible for providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the standards of nursing care.Key Responsibilities

• Educate patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, promoting patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Collaborate with other members of the interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals.
• Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of care.
• Work in a constant state of alertness and safely, as required by this safety-sensitive position.
