Job Description:
The Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) will provide high-quality patient care in a primary care clinic setting. The APC will work collaboratively with a primary care physician to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, as well as provide education and support to promote health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 2 years experience in primary care or related field
