What are the responsibilities and job description for the ASSOC, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH position at BJC HealthCare?
Position Details:
- Full -Time (36 hours per week)
- 3 12- hour shifts per week (Mon – Fri)
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM. (12-hour shift)
- Weekend: 1 Saturday / 1 Sunday out of the month
- Holiday: Yearly Holiday Rotation is required
- 1:1 patient session required – as needed
- Design engaging and therapeutic activities / coping Strategies that align with client goals
- Implement interventions with individuals to address specific goals (e.g., cognitive stimulation, motor skills development, social interaction, CBT, positive affirmations)
- BHA, Activity Therapy
- Behavioral Health Experience (Highly Preferred)
- Certification BLS & CPI (obtain on job)
- 2 years’ experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Related Field (Required)
- Work with a highly skilled, compassionate, supportive, and caring team
