Key responsibilities of this role include providing direct patient care, assessing and evaluating patient needs, and developing individual plans of care. You will also participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise in critical nursing skills will enable you to work effectively in fast-paced environments and make sound judgments that impact patient outcomes.
Requirements
A successful candidate should possess a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and a current RN license. Prior supervisory experience is not required. However, a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred. We prioritize excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and a willingness to learn and grow.
