Responsible for providing timely and accurate information to all guests, patients, staff and physicians.
Responsibilities
- Greets patients and visitors, provides patient and hospital information and escort services to those in need.
- Provides concierge service regarding the medical center and local area.
- Assists with patient arrivals and departures.
