Progressive Care Unit Clinical Lead Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Progressive Care Unit team.

About the Role

This role requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, evaluate, and document the nursing process for assigned patients.
• Critically assess patient data to proactively mitigate impending changes in condition and establish consults with the interprofessional team as appropriate.
• Lead the development and implementation of complex individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team and the patient, family, or caregiver.
• Analyze gaps in practice standards and provide feedback to peers in collaboration with leadership to enhance safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
