Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our OB Department as a Nurse Practitioner - Obstetrics and Gynecology. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with obstetric and gynecological needs.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.
Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team and patient, family or caregiver in accordance with the established guidelines and standards of nursing care.
Assess patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care, including their values, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population-specific needs.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in obstetric and gynecological care.
