Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Family Practice
Barnes-Jewish Hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work in an Outpatient Family Practice setting at the Siteman Cancer Center - West County Location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct specialized patient care and education for the outpatient Oncology population, including Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Hematology patients.
- Assess, diagnose, prescribe, initiate plan of care and evaluate outcomes within the scope of a formal collaborative practice agreement with physician(s).
- Manage the health care of patient populations with compassion through advanced health assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation in a collaborative practice agreement with a physician.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program.
- RN licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Less than 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
