">Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Perioperative Services team as a First Assistant RN. In this role, you will assist surgeons during surgical procedures, provide direct patient care, and collaborate with the perioperative team.
">- Pre-operatively perform focused nursing assessments and analyze data to determine nursing diagnosis.
- Develop individualized plans of care and administer medications according to standard nursing practice.
- Monitor patients' responses and modify care plans as needed.
- Implement and manage perioperative plans of care related to first assistant interventions.
