Job Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Psychiatric to join our team at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.
- Promote patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
- Educate patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post treatment home care needs and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing Experience: No Experience, Bachelor's Degree - Nursing Experience
