">We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Perioperative Services team as a First Assistant RN. In this role, you will work closely with surgeons during surgical procedures, providing direct patient care and collaborating with the perioperative team.
">- Perform pre-operative assessments to determine nursing diagnosis and develop individualized plans of care.
- Administer medications according to standard nursing practice and monitor patients' responses to modify care plans as needed.
- Implement and manage perioperative plans of care related to first assistant interventions.
- Systematically evaluate quality of nursing practice and advocate for individuals and groups related to perioperative health safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- No prior experience required, but a bachelor's degree is preferred.
