At BJC HealthCare, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician Assistant to join our pediatric team.
Our hospitalist team is growing, and this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a large, collaborative group of Advanced Practice Providers who provide direct management to a variety of patients on our general medicine teams.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the health care of select patient populations through advanced health assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation.
- Coordinate the care of select patient populations to ensure promotion of health and wellness through education of patients and families, coordination of services, and placing referrals.
- Assess development needs of staff and develop and deliver appropriate educational programs to meet staff needs.
- Develop treatment plans, treat patients with acute problems including illnesses and minor injuries following a predetermined protocol.
