Overview
The Practice Development Coordinator – Recruitment position will support the Physician Recruitment process for BJC Medical Group. The PDC will work with candidates to coordinate visits, including travel and scheduling interviews appointments with hospital and BJC Medical Group Leadership. The PDC will meet physician candidates onsite and guide them through the interview process from on-site interview to signing the employment agreement. The PDC works closely with the Talent Acquisition team, Hospital partners, and BJC Medical Group Leadership to ensure physician candidates have an exceptional experience from the beginning of the recruitment phase through signing an employment agreement.
If you have interest in creating interview schedules, collaborating with various specialties and primary care groups in both the metro and rural settings, improving recruitment metrics, offer negotiations, attention to detail and a desire to hire the best fit physicians for BJC, this role would be a great position for you.
The ideal candidate would have a background in physician or executive recruitment. Living in the Greater St. Louis area with the ability to drive to our various BJC Hospitals would be plus.
This will be a Hybrid role working remote from home some days and being on-site at our various hospitals for on-site physician interviews, and meetings at our corporate office.

Role Purpose
The Practice Development Coordinator is responsible for managing the practice development process for the BJC Medical Group. This position coordinates with various internal and external resources on the planning and logistics related to new providers, disengaging providers, new constructions, new practices and practice acquisitions. This position will partner with and support leadership to ensure that the strategic goals and needs of the business are met.
