- Previous leadership and EPIC or EMR experience a must.
- Clinical and HRS experience a plus!
- Day hours with some flexibility based on business needs
Administrative on-call for employee needs.
- Travel between offices and off-site meeting locations required.

Role Purpose
The Practice Manager is assigned to an ambulatory site working under the guidance of a Practice Administrator and is responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations. Responsibilities include: direct supervision of approximately 15-25 clinical and non-clinical staff, managing patient experience and supporting/coordinating financial and administrative activities as assigned.
