BJC Medical Group is hiring for a Senior Population Health Analyst. This is a remote position.
- Statistical Analysis knowledge and skills are required.
- Knowledge of Financial Analysis and Forecasting Models is required.
- Have a healthcare background, especially an understanding and experience in Accountable Care Organization (ACO) is highly desirable.
- Understand Value Based Care is a highly desirable.
- Understand Public Health policy and heath care at-risk contracts is desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Tableau skills are desirable, but not required.

Partners with management to develop strategies and monitor performance. Participates in sourcing and contract negotiations. Leads and mentors junior team members.
